Optional Google Analytics

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 helps us understand how people find and use this website. Reports include page views, sessions, traffic sources, approximate country, device categories, navigation and link/button clicks, content-click counts, scroll milestones and time while the page is visible and focused. We use fixed categories to identify actions such as opening a menu, choosing a course filter, viewing a document or clicking an app store, social or migration link. Clicks do not confirm downloads, app installations, clipboard success or completed token migrations. Browser identifiers distinguish visits; these reports do not tell us a visitor’s name.

The Google Analytics tag is loaded only after you choose Accept all. Your current page is counted at that point; an app-store click is not required. On later visits with valid saved consent, measurement starts when the website loads. Activity before acceptance is not recorded. Choosing Necessary only lets you continue using the website without optional analytics. Advertising consent stays disabled and our integration disables Google signals and advertising personalisation. We do not add names, email addresses, wallet addresses, account IDs, form contents, keystrokes or clipboard values to analytics events. Our events use known page paths and fixed action labels rather than page text, full link destinations, URL queries or fragments. We do not record screen sessions or mouse coordinates. Cookie controls and form fields are excluded from click measurement.

What is stored in your browser

Necessary website functions remain available with either choice. We store your cookie preference in local storage under dohrnii.analytics-consent.v1 for 90 days. This preference is used to remember your choice, not to identify you.

After acceptance, Google Analytics may set first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_…. Our tag requests a 90-day cookie lifetime without extending it on each visit. Your browser may delete or limit this storage earlier.

Change your mind anytime

Use Cookie settings to choose Accept all or Necessary only. Choosing Necessary only after acceptance stops our tracking, removes accessible Google Analytics cookies on this site and reloads the page to unload the tag. This does not erase data already sent to Google. You can contact us with questions about previously collected information.

Google and other website connections

When the analytics tag loads, your browser connects to Google and sends technical request information, including your IP address, along with analytics events. Google processes information on its infrastructure, which may include processing outside your country. See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner sites.

The website uses hosting services to deliver pages and fonts. Fonts are served with the website; loading them does not require your browser to connect to Google Fonts. Hosting requests are separate from optional analytics. External services linked from this website, including migration services and social platforms, have their own privacy notices.
